Dual Axis Solar Tracker

The basic concept of a solar tracker has been around for about 40 years. It is nothing new. However, with today's technology, it is easier than ever to create a simple solar tracking system; one that can be easily added onto and expanded as time goes on. This is the purpose of this project.

By utilizing an Arduino as the controller system, and using simple, readily available and easily adaptable materials, the design is both simple, and effectively open sourced. This means anyone that wishes to build a unit such as this will be able to utilize open source software and programs from others that have built similar programs and devices like this, as well as share and adapt their system however they see fit.
